What scent should I use?

It really comes down to personal preference. You may choose a scent simply because you love it or you could choose one that best suits a specific purpose. Our Benefits and When to Use section (see below) may help you decide which scent you should use.

While we have introduced two new scents, Eucalan’s No Rinse Delicate Wash formula has not changed. Each scent contains lanolin, which is a natural conditioner and dust mite repellent.

(Our original Woolwash)

Benefits:
Natural moth and flea inhibiting properties
Scented with natural essential oils, rather than synthetic fragrance

When to use:
Excellent for wool and other natural fibres
Great for synthetic fibres too
Before storing garments away for any period of time
Washing pets, their bedding, or blankets (remember, it’s a natural flea inhibitor)
Nice compliment for equestrian tack
Masculine scent

Grapefruit

Benefits:
Natural antiseptic and disinfecting properties
Refreshing and uplifting
Contains natural essential oils, rather than synthetic fragrance

When to use:
Excellent for lingerie and sports wear
A nice scent for baby items like plush toys, blankies, and bedding
Great for wool and most other natural fibres, but does not contain moth inhibiting properties
Perfect for synthetic fibres

Lavender

Benefits:
Natural moth and flea inhibiting properties
Natural antiseptic properties
Calming, relaxing and uplifting
Contains natural essential oils, rather than synthetic fragrance

When to use:
Excellent for wool and other natural fibres
Great for synthetic fibers too
Before storing garments away for any period of time
Washing pets, their bedding, or blankets (remember, it’s a natural flea inhibitor)
Excellent for lingerie and sports wear
A nice scent for baby items like plush toys, blankies, and bedding

Natural, Unscented

Benefits:
No added scents
The best choice for those with scent sensitivities

When to use:
If you do not want any scents eg. hunting gear
Excellent choice for men
Great for wool and most other natural fibres, but does not contain moth inhibiting properties
Works well on synthetic fibres

I love these samples. It's a great idea to get several scents to try them out and see which ones you like best. I was afraid to buy a big bottle and end up not liking the scent. these came in handy because I was confident in ordering the big bottle affter...

I purchased this to do exactly what it's called -- test the product. I ordered unscented and grapefruit and both were great. I have since ordered the large bottle and use it regularly!

I really like this product, because it cleans well, but it is also nice to try different scents without having a huge investment in a big bottle.

Wonderful stuff! Doesn't mask over odors but cleans the stuff out that makes the odors! Rinses clean, dries soft and sweet without perfumery afterscents. Great!
