I have no idea what is in the insert besides cotton...magic perhaps! My son who is a big wetter does great with these inserts. I've never had a leak and the more I wash the insert the softer it gets. I think it's a bit expensive but for the fact that it'... Flip Organic Insert5Super soft and comfy!

We love these inserts. I use them with a snappi as a prefold on my 4 month old or trifolded in a cover. I expected them to feel more like a prefold, but they are super soft organic cotton knit. Flip Organic Insert5Super prefold!

This insert is a very soft, thick prefold. It can hold so much more than a normal prefold, and we've used it once or twice overnight without incident. My only complaint is that they are a bit expensive to make up a whole stash. Click to review this product
