The hands free "Pump Up The Band" is made out of a strong, stretchy and soft fabric with heavily reinforced seams.  It has a unique overlapping slit system that firmly holds the flanges made by all of the major pump manufacturers.  The flange can easily be inserted through the front while the garment is being worn.  The hook and loop closure in the back is exactly the same as we use on our postpartum abdominal binders.  We include self-color removable straps that can be worn 5 different ways, and the garment has additional loops for them to connect to for a better fit.
