How do I open a Milk Bank?Opening a Milk Miles Rewards account with Mom's Milk Boutique (MMB) is simple! Before you make your first purchase, create an account. Then you MUST be logged into your account each time you make a purchase.
How do I earn Milk Miles?- You will earn Milk Miles when you shop! Virtually all products will earn you Milk Miles. The amount of Milk Miles you will earn will be displayed on the product page. Purchases made online or in the store are both eligible. When in the store, please let the representative know that you have a Milk Bank, so they can make your deposit! Some items may be excluded from earning rewards due to manufacturer restrictions. No points are awarded for gift certificates or for items purchased with gift certificates, this includes rewards gift certificates.

How do I redeem my Milk Miles?Please follow the following steps in order to redeem your Milk Miles:- Log into your account
- Scroll down the page until you come to "My Milk Bank View Details Redeem"
- Click on the word REDEEM -
Please remember to click on the word Redeem and NOT the icons!
- On the new page that you are brought to, click on the word REDEEM under the gift certificate amount you qualify for.
- Go to your email to retrieve your Gift Certificate Number
- After selecting your items for purchase, go into your cart and put your Gift Certificate Number in the Coupon Code box to apply the credit to your current order.
What can I redeem my Milk Miles for? Milk Miles may be redeemed for MMB gift certificates. These gift certificates may then be used just like cash in our store or online. Milk Miles are not redeemable for cash.

What if I return an item from my order?If you return any items, your Milk Bank will be reduced by the corresponding Milk Miles of items returned.
I'm done cloth diapering, can I give my Milk Miles to a friend?No, Milk Miles are non-transferable.
When do my Milk Miles expire?Milk Miles expire 12 months from the date you earned them.
We reserve the right to remove or reduce Milk Banks for Milk Miles earned in error or to make changes or terminate the program at any time.
