We have 11 of these in our newborn stash, and they fit our little 6.5 pounder perfectly! They are the only newborn diaper we've tried that hasn't leaked yet, and they hold in even the messiest newborn poops! Love these diapers! They also are the only ones that fit beneath her cord. They do take a little while longer to dry, but they are worth it! I love the MMB lets you mix and match instead of buying two of the same like other retailers! |

My diaper stash wasn't prepared for my 32 week preemie's early arrival. I bought two sets. But these Lil'Joeys were a great fit for him at 4.8lb. The gussets were excellent at keeping everything in the diaper, we never had any explosive accidents. We got good use out of them too, he wore them for a total of 12 weeks. |

These take a long time to dry. It took over an hour in the dryer and hanging on a drying rack for a day to get these completely dry.
I do love the double leg gussets, but they run very small. |

This is a very cute and tiny diaper. In the first weeks this diaper fit better than any other, but it was also soon outgrown.
What we didn't like about this diaper is that it's a true AIO and here's why:
-Because the whole diaper is just one piece it takes FOREVER TO DRY
-Especially during the first weeks of having a breastfed newborn you want to know how often he/she pees. That's hard to tell with this diaper because the stay-dry inner feels dry to the touch even though it has been peed in.

I bought 2 sets of these and they were SO tiny! They fit my little guy from day 1 but as soon as he grew a bit we began to get leaks. I love that it snaps down in front to protect the healing belly button. Very cute prints, did take awhile to dry in the dryer. Some staining in the gusset was hard to get out even with sun and lemon. |

There are some great things about these diapers- they are adorable, the fit is great on tiny babies, and the gussets work well on NB poo.
The downside is the absorbency is outgrown long before the sizing and because it's an AIO it takes a LONG time to dry, the gussets also take a bit more work to get clean as messes tend to get stuck in them.
Overall, they are great if you realize they will have a short useful life. I doubt anything would fit a small newborn as well as they do. |

My son is on the smaller size. And SIZE-wise, these fit great! However, one of the selling points was also a down-fall: the internal gussets. More than once, my son's bottom crack was on the wrong side of a gusset when it was time for, well, you know. And we were then changing more than his diaper. |

These were great for holding messes in and fit well for the first few weeks. But my daughter outgrew these long before most of her other newborn sized diapers and they took a long time to dry after washing them. They sure are cute, though! |
