I use this in the summer when the heat can really make the diaper bag smell. It's not a miracle, but it does help a little. I feel like we go through a lot of it for any benefit, so I don't use it all the time. It's better than nothing, but I might try just baking soda next summer to see how that works. |

We tried this in several scents with no affect at all on our diaper pail smell. We ended up using it instead as a carpet freshener and it worked great! Sprinkle on the carpet or rug, let sit 5 minutes, and then vaccuum. |

I sprinkle this in my wet bag before going out. The scent is mild (like the other RnG products) and helps a bit covering up the dirty diaper scent when I empty it into the pail after the trip. This is a nice to have item but not an essential. |

This was great at first, but after awhile it totally loses it's smell. Good idea though, just wish it was a little more lasting. |

Perhaps I didn't understand the purpose of a pail freshener but I thought they were supposed to keep the pail fresh between uses. I would sprinkle this in with every diaper I added and it just made it smell nice for the few seconds I was in it. Otherwise, it did nothing to keep down the smell, was difficult to wash out of my diapers, and I felt it was wasteful as I could NEVER get to the product in the bottom of the shaker as the lid didn't come fully off. |
