Shipping

In an effort to be as green as possible, we recycle and reuse shipping boxes as well as utilize EcoEnclose polymailers, which are biodegrable and compostable.

US orders qualify for FREE shipping to anywhere in the USA (military bases included).

Standard Shipping (FREE)

  • Orders may be shipped via USPS 1st Class, Parcel Post, UPS, FedEx Smart Post*, or FedEx depending on weight of item.
  • Once orders ship, estimated delivery up to 10 business in the continental US
  • Once orders ship, estimated delivery to Alaska, Hawaii and Military addresses can be up to 6 weeks, unless Priority Mail is selected.

Expedited Shipping (Discounted Rates Vary)

  • Orders will be shipped via UPS, FedEx or USPS Priority Mail.
  • Once order ships, the estimated delivery time is 2 - 4 days depending on the destination.

*FedEx Smart Post is a new delivery option that utilizes the efficiencies of both the USPS and FedEx. The package is processed through the ground transportation system of FedEx, but is then delivered to its final destination by the USPS. You are able to track your package on www.fedex.com.

Some laundry items are extremely expensive to ship. Since we would like to continue to offer several varieties of these, we have implemented a shipping handling charge that will be attached to these purchases. The handling fee may be waived on certain products if certain minimums are met.

International Shipping

We will ship to virtually any address internationally; however, there are some specific brands that cannot be shipped internationally. We ship via FedEx or United States Postal Service International.

We ship many products for FREE internationally. For all other products, you will be charged discounted shipping charges at check out based on the weight of the purchase and have several delivery speed options. We do insure all international packages against loss or damage at no additional charge.

Tracking #s are not available for International shipments, instead you will receive a customs #.

You are responsible for all duty and customs fees in your country of residence. These are not included in our shipping quote!

Shipping Times

Packages are typically shipped out within 1-2 business days (M - F) following receipt of the order. We will contact you if there are any issues with your order. You will receive a shipping confirmation by email once your package has shipped. 

Remember that USPS Delivery Confirmation is NOT a tracking # and the USPS quite often only scans the package once it has been delivered.  The USPS site may have limited information, if any, about your package.  The USPS just has not scanned it into the mail stream - and may not until they deliver it to you, as they are not required to scan it until they deliver it.

If you have questions about your order, or when it was shipped, please email us and we will do our best to help you locate it.

However, once your package has been shipped, we are not responsible for it. PLEASE purchase insurance, as we are NOT responsible for damaged, lost or misdirected packages. We cannot guarantee how quickly the USPS/FedEx will deliver your package to you. 

Out of Stock/Backorders

We make every effort to keep an accurate online inventory of our store. However, occasionally an item may oversell due to a walk-in customer or phone order. When this occurs, a substitution may be made if items are very similar, or we may contact you by phone/email to allow you to make a substitution.  If a substitution is not available, we may cancel or backorder the out of stock item and ship the remainder of your package. Your backordered item will be shipped out as soon as possible at no additional shipping cost to you.

Returns & Exchanges

If you find an item to be of the wrong size or color or are unhappy with your purchase for any other reason, we will happily accept returns on new, unused, unwashed, still in package merchandise within 30 days from the date of purchase. For hygienic reasons, we CANNOT accept returns on women's underwear (bras are not considered underwear).

In order to process a return, you must obtain an RMA number from abbie@momsmilkboutique.com prior to return. Items received without an RMA number clearly written on the outside of the package will not be accepted, and the package will be returned to sender. 

STORE CREDIT: If you would like store credit for your return, your store credit will be issued in the form of a gift certificate and will be valid for 1 year from the date of issuance. Shipping costs will not be refunded. Due to the nature of our merchandise, returns on used merchandise will not be accepted. There is no restocking fee for items returned for store credit.

EXCHANGES: Due to the ever changing nature of our inventory, we are unable to offer exchanges (only refunds and store credit). We do this so that we are able to process your return more quickly. Then, when you receive your store credit or refund, you are able to select the exact size and color of the product you would like from our able inventory at the time your return is received.

REFUNDS: If you would like a refund for your return, all returns will be charged a 5% restocking fee. Shipping costs are not refunded. In addition, if you received free shipping, the original shipping costs that we incurred will also be deducted from your refund. Additionally, if not returned with your order, the retail value of all FREEBIES you received will be deducted from your final return amount. If due to your return, any discounts are no longer applicable to your order, the discount will be deducted from your refund. Due to the nature of our merchandise, returns on used merchandise will not be accepted.

ALL CLEARANCE, SECONDS, IMPERFECTS, and USED ITEMS ARE *FINAL SALE*. No exceptions.

Refused Packages/Insufficient Address

Items that are refused, "returned to sender" or lack sufficient address information to be delivered (unless our error), will be processed like a return, including any restocking fees and applicable shipping costs.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Due to our fullfillment process, we are unable to make changes or cancel orders once they have been placed. If you need to make changes, please contact us. If your order has not entered the shipping process, we will try to help! If we are unable to adjust your order, you are welcome to return any items that you do not want per our above return policies. If we are able to cancel your order, a 5% restocking fee will be applied.

Defective Items

Although both the manufacturer and our shipping staff attempt to check each item for any defects, occasionally items may have a defect. Defective products are usually exchanged or repaired direct by the product manufacturer. If you are not sure how to contact the manufacturer of the product you purchased, please email us.
