heading says it all. tried it on my 17 pound 4.5 month old and either the rise is too low or the cover sags in the crotch. and the legs felt pretty tight. it fits a little better on my 33 pound 2.5 year old but i still have buyers remorse. I tried this cover on my very slim 33 pound todler and it did fit on her with one snap left on each side but the elastic in the leg and the gussets are way to tight, it left major red marks on her legs.This diaper cover is smaller than a large thirsties cover.the marvel cover is a great cover it just doen't fit to the poundage it says,the quality of it is great it is a good design but the leg gussets need to be let out a little.
