Our Milk Miles Rewards program is our way of showing our loyal customers our appreciation. You’ll earn points for activities on our site, like referrals and purchases. You can use them to earn discounts off purchases, so the more you collect the more you save.
How do I open a Milk Bank?
Opening a Milk Miles Rewards account with Mom's Milk Boutique (MMB) is simple! Before you make your first purchase, create an account. Then all your orders are automatically added to your account each time you make a purchase! Please remember to use the same email address for all your purchases as we CANNOT merge accounts.
How do I earn points?
You can earn points for all sorts of activities, including referring friends, and making purchases. To see all the ways you can earn points click the *Earn Points* tab in the menu. Points will pend for 24 hours. Clearance/final sale items do not earn rewards points due to the their level of discounting. Gift cards earn points when they are purchased, but not when they are spent.
I have two accounts, can you combine them?
Unfortunately, we are not able to combine/merge accounts or add orders to your account after they are placed. Please make sure you are logged into your account and are using the same email address as your account.
Can I let friends use my account to place their orders so that I get the points/spend?
Like frequent flyer miles, our milk miles are intended to be accrued only by the account owner on purchases made by the account owner. We reserve the right to cancel any order or account that circumvents the intended use of the rewards account.
Can I get points on past orders?
Our system tracks points by your email address. Please make sure you are logged in and have an account set up, and you are using the same email address. We CANNOT merge accounts or move points placed on another email account.
I redeemed my points and changed my mind. Can you give my points back?
No, we are not able to reverse the points, sorry!
I have a voucher for $10, if I only spend $5, will it hold a balance?
No, the vouchers are similar to a discount code, and will not carry a balance. You must use it all during one purchase, or you lose the balance.
Help! I forgot to apply my Milk Miles voucher to my order.
We are sorry, but unfortunately, we are unable to apply the Milk Miles voucher to your order after it is placed. It will still be active for you to use next time.
How many reviews can I write for Miles?
You can earn Milk Miles by writing up to 5 reviews per week.
How do I earn my birthday points?
You just need to enter your birth date in the system under "earn points" 24 hours before your birth date. Then the system will automatically award those points. Points will show pending for 24 hours.
How does the Refer a Friend work?
To qualify for referral points, the referred friend's order must:
- Be above the minimum order value threshold of $35 (after an coupons)
- Be that customer's first order
- Be placed within 24h of following the referral link
- Referral Approval period is 30 days.
The referred friend must be new to MMB: they must have not been registered for more than 24h before placing the order.
The system tracks this very exactly and we are not able to override the referral system.
What happens if a friend I refer cancels or returns their order?
Your pending points will become cancelled and will be removed from your account.
Do layaways earn Milk Miles?
Yes, all layaways will earn Milk Miles once they have been paid off. Points earned are based on your tier at the time the order is paid in full.
How do I redeem my points?
Select the tab called *Redeem Points*. Here you’ll see all the rewards we offer. If you have enough points, you can redeem them for a reward.
Is there a limit to the number of points I can earn?
No. Go ahead and earn as many as you can!
What do the 'approved', 'pending' and 'cancelled' statuses mean?
* **Approved:** These points can be redeemed on rewards immediately
* **Pending:** These points are need to be verified before you can redeem them. This typically applies to purchases and referrals.
* **Cancelled:** These points will not be added to your account. For example, this will happen if you cancel a purchase (the points will change from pending to cancelled) or make a return.
Why did my account balance go down?
You, or someone you referred, cancelled or returned a purchase.
I completed an activity but didn't earn points!
It can sometimes take a few minutes for us to process your activity and provide your points. Also, for social follows you must be a new follower (the system will not reward if you were already a follower) and the account email address must be the same.
Can I use my points during checkout?
Not directly - please redeem your points for a Milk Miles voucher which can then be applied during checkout.
How do I qualify for the Holiday Gift?
You must have reached Mile High Club status by December of that year and have made qualifying purchases of $2000 in the preceding 12 months (December - December).
How do I leave the program?
If you no longer wish to earn points, please contact us and ask to be unenrolled. We'll unenroll you and you will lose any points you have accrued.
My kids are grown up, can I give my Milk Miles to a friend?
No, Milk Miles are non-transferable, but if you have enough points you can cash them in and then give that voucher code to a friend.
What happens if I leave and decide to join again?
Just contact us and we'll re-enroll you. However, your point total will begin from zero.
When do my Milk Miles expire?
The Milk Miles Rewards Program is a loyalty program. The Milk Miles Rewards points expire 6 months from the date of your last order. We are not able to reinstate your miles if they expire.
We reserve the right to remove or reduce Milk Banks for Milk Miles earned in error or to make changes or terminate the program at any time.
