Policies and Information

Layaway

We are pleased to be able to offer a simple 3 month term Layaway Program. In order to utilize this option - simply select "Lay-Buy " as your payment method upon checkout.

You will be redirected to Paypal to choose your payment plan. You will be required to make a 30% deposit on your layaway. You have up to 90 days to complete the layaway. 

Once placed, we are not able to modify the layaway in any way. If you choose to cancel your layaway, you must contact us via email. There is a $25 cancellation fee. If during the 3 months you decided you want to pay off your layaway, we are able to bill you for the remaining amount. To request a payoff invoice, please email us with your invoice number. Please allow 1-2 business days for the payoff invoice to be sent to your email address.

Layaway Returns: We will accept returns on layaways for STORE CREDIT ONLY from 30 days from the date of payoff. Please contact us via email to arrange a return.

Military Discount

We are happy to be able to offer a Military Discount for families that have served or are currently serving our country. Unfortunately, some items are excluded by the manufacturers. The code cannot be combined with sales items, other discount codes or your rewards discount codes.

Once you are approved you will be given a code to use for 10% off. This code is unique to you and good for one purchase. No sharing is allowed, if we find abuse of the coupon your discount can or will be taken away and your order will be canceled. Each code is limited to one use and you will have to get a new discount code for each purchase.

Defective Items

Although both the manufacturer and our shipping staff attempt to check each item for any defects, occasionally items may have a defect. Defective products are exchanged or repaired directly by the product manufacturer. If you are not sure how to contact the manufacturer of the product you purchased, please email us.

Received the Wrong Item / Missing Items 

We do our best to double check packages before they ship, but occasionally we do make a mistake. We are sorry! If you have received the wrong item or are missing any items, you have 14 days from the day of receipt to email us so that we can correct the issue for you. If the error is our fault, we will provide you a postage paid label to return incorrect items and reship the correct items.

Sales/Special Discounts/Special Promotions

Sales, special discounts and special promotions are not able to be combined with each other for a single purchase. Coupons, including referral coupons, may not be used on sale or clearance merchandise.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Due to our order fulfillment process, we are unable to make any change to your order. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible, by emailing help@momsmilkboutique.com or by calling us during business hours (618-932-3700). A 5% order cancellation fee will be assessed.

There will be no refunds on custom or special orders.

Out of Stock and Backorders

We make every effort to keep an accurate online inventory of our store. However, occasionally an item may oversell due to a walk-in customer or phone order. When this occurs, a substitution may be made if items are very similar, or we may contact you by phone/email to allow you to make a substitution. If a substitution is not available, we may cancel or backorder the out of stock item and ship the remainder of your package. Your backordered item will be shipped out as soon as possible at no additional shipping cost to you.

Errors on Our Site

Prices and availability of products and services are subject to change without notice. Errors will be corrected where discovered, and Mom's Milk Boutique reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions including after an order has been submitted and whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card/paypal account charged. If your credit card/paypal has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Mom's Milk Boutique will issue a credit to your credit card/paypal account in the amount of the charge. Individual bank policies will dictate when this amount is credited to your account. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it in accordance with Mom's Milk Boutique's Return Policy.

 

Returns & Exchanges

If you find an item to be of the wrong size or color or are unhappy with your purchase for any other reason, we will happily accept returns on new, unused, unwashed, still in package merchandise within 30 days from the date of purchase.

For hygienic reasons, we CANNOT accept returns on women's underwear (bras are not considered underwear) or on any menstrual care items.

STORE CREDIT: If you would like store credit for your return, your store credit will be issued in the form of a gift certificate and will be valid for 1 year from the date of issuance. Shipping costs will not be refunded. Additionally, if not returned with your order, the retail value of all FREEBIES you received will be deducted from your final store credit amount. Due to the nature of our merchandise, returns on used merchandise will not be accepted. There is no restocking fee for items returned for store credit.

REFUNDS: If you would like a refund for your return, all returns will be charged a 10% restocking fee. Shipping costs are not refunded. If not returned with your order, the retail value of all FREEBIES you received will be deducted from your final return amount. If due to your return, any discounts are no longer applicable to your order, the discount will be deducted from your refund. Due to the nature of our merchandise, returns on used merchandise will not be accepted.

ALL CLEARANCE, SECONDS, IMPERFECTS, and USED ITEMS ARE *FINAL SALE*. No exceptions.

30 Day USE YOUR CARRIER Return Program

Because we truly believe in baby wearing, and we know how hard it is to choose a carrier from a picture, we have a special 30 day USE YOUR CARRIER Return Program on all NEW baby carriers!

Once you receive your carrier, you have 30 days to try it out and see if it is right for you. If it isn't, you can send it back and we will calculate a store credit based on the condition of the returned carrier (shipping costs will not be reimbursed).

Once you receive your baby carrier, try it out - use it - wear it - love it - or send it back! New carriers that are still in packaging that fall within the 30 day returns period should returned to us follow normal return instructions above.

In order to make a return, please CLICK HERE TO MAKE A RETURN 

  1. Obtain an RMA # and write the RMA # of the outside of the package. Packages received without an RMA # clearly written on the outside will be returned to sender.
  2. Return the carrier with insurance and/or delivery confirmation per RMA instructions. We are NOT responsible for lost of misdirected returns and no credit will be given.
  3. Carriers must be received back within 30 days of receipt.
  4. Returned carriers will be given store credit based on the condition of the carrier when we receive it. The better the condition of the carrier, the original box and instructions, the greater your store credit. Please send back as much as you can.
  5. We are not able to reimburse shipping costs. Additionally, the value of any freebies received as a result of the carrier purchase will be deducted from the credit given.
  6. Valid on carriers only. Not valid on accessories.
