If you find an item to be of the wrong size or color or are unhappy with your purchase for any other reason, we will happily accept returns on new, unused, unwashed, still in package merchandise within 30 days from the date of purchase.
NONREFUNDABLE/NONEXCHANGEABLE ITEMS: We DO NOT accept returns or exchanges on the following items:
- final sale items
- seasonal items (halloween, christmas, etc.)
- scooter helmets
- breast pumps
- skin care items
- food items
- car seats
- personal care items such as pacifiers, underwear (bras are not considered underwear), face masks/gaiters or menstrual care items for sanitary reasons.

In order to process a return, please login to your account, select the order that has the item(s) you wish to return and request a return. Your return will be reviewed within 1-2 business days and approved or denied based on our return policy.
STORE CREDIT: If you would like store credit for your return, your store credit will be issued in the form of a store credit and will be valid for 1 year from the date of issuance. Shipping costs will not be refunded and will accessed on free ship orders if the return brings your total under the free ship threshold. Additionally, if not returned with your order, the retail value of all FREEBIES you received will be deducted from your final store credit amount. Due to the nature of our merchandise, returns on used merchandise will not be accepted. There is no restocking fee for items returned for store credit.
REFUNDS: If you would like a refund for your return, all returns will be charged a 10% restocking fee. Shipping costs are not refunded, and will be accessed on free ship orders if the return brings your total under the free ship threshold. If not returned with your order, the retail value of all FREEBIES you received will be deducted from your final return amount. If due to your return, any discounts are no longer applicable to your order, the discount will be deducted from your refund. Due to the nature of our merchandise, returns on used merchandise will not be accepted.

Received the Wrong Item / Missing Items
We do our best to double check packages before they ship, but occasionally we do make a mistake. We are sorry! If you have received the wrong item or are missing any items, you have 7 days from the day of receipt to email us so that we can correct the issue for you. If the error is our fault, we will provide you a postage paid label to return incorrect items and we will reship the correct items.
