Bequet Caramels--More than Just Candy!

Mom’s Milk Boutique is well-known for selling Bequet caramels. These sweet treats come with each order you place online and in –store you also receive a caramel with your purchase. Bequet Caramels are made in Montana. There are 13 different varieties to try and love.
Recently, some mommas have been discovering these luscious candies are also great to incorporate in recipes. Here are some ideas on how to make your caramels more than just candy.
Try them with Coffee
This is my personal favorite. Bequet caramels are a sweet treat for mommas with their morning or afternoon coffee. With flavors like celtic sea salt, espresso, and salted mocha, you can’t go wrong. One momma discovered this was a sweet way to enjoy black coffee. After I read this in the Lounge, a Facebook group where moms chat about MMB, I decided to order some myself. Celtic sea salt caramels taste amazing with coffee. I like to hide them in my refrigerator until I need a little treat with my morning joe. If you prefer hot chocolate, try the chipotle or mint caramel in your drink.
Mug Cake with Caramels
Another momma discovered caramels add something special to a mug cake recipe. Simply find a mug cake recipe you like. You could even use regular box cake or try this one. Put the caramel of choice in the middle of your cake and top it off with some icing or ice cream. Amazing gooey center and yummy treat for you, momma! Get creative and use what you like to make your dessert even more delicious.
Caramel Apples
This is simple but genius. Take some butterscotch or another flavor caramels and melt them in the microwave. Then, take an apple and roll it in the melted caramels. You could do this for your kids as a sweet treat with apple slices, too. I need to try this one.
Caramel Candy Bars
I am definitely a fan of candy bars with caramel. You could try a soft or chewy caramel variety in these candy bars. These bars also contain chocolate and are like a cookie. These caramels would taste amazing in any candy recipe as well!
